We bring a piece of Italy to Greifswald – with fresh ingredients, traditional recipes and warm service.
Our dough rests until it is ready, the pizza leaves the hot oven with a thin, airy crust, the pasta is made fresh every day and the gelato is churned in our own gelateria. Food that tastes simple is rarely simple to make – that is where our work happens.
On Fischmarkt you will find students next to families and regulars next to visitors seeing Greifswald for the first time. Lunch is quick and easy; in the evening the room quietens, the light warms and one plate happily turns into three courses.
